Chrome-nickel steel 18/10
Contains 8.5 to 10% nickel, is more durable than chrome-steel against corrosion and is commercially known as "dishwasher safe". But it is not fully resistant to prolonged contact with aggressive substances (eg salt).
Important: In normal use there is no risk of an allergic reaction (nickel allergy)! This material is not magnetic!
