Your Esmeyer customer service information

Your satisfaction is our goal! Please note the following instructions regarding service cases, so they can be processed on your behalf: 

In case of wrong order:
Your return request must reach us within 30 days. There can be only unused items (hygiene reasons) taken back in original packaging. We will contact y ou shortly regarding the settlement. Your return must be packed securely and "free house" (sender pays freight) carried by a delivery note or invoice copy. Unless you have a chance to return, a pick-up by our package service is also possible.
Already incurred shipping costs will not be credited.
 

In case of wrong delivery:
If this happens, please send the delivery note immediately with an adequate notice to fax +049 02104/233-233. The replacement will be shipped to you immediately and wrongly delivered goods will be picked up by us. Please keep this product in the original packaging (including packaging) for the parcel service ready for shipping.

On shortages:
Please recheck the packaging material, because all items are checked twice before shipped. Often the articles are still in the upholstery material. If a shortfall persists, please note this on our delivery sheet, and fax it to +49 02104/233-233. 

Damage:
Externally visible damage already in the mission must necessarily be stated in the adoption. In case of heavy damage, please refuse to accept it. Despite careful packing, if the contents should be damaged, please send your message on our delivery within 2 days by fax to 02104/233-233. You will receive your replacement!

Sample Return:
You have made your choice? Please pack the samples not longer needed carefully and send them "free house" (sender pays freight) back with our delivery. Otherwise after 2 weeks, the samples will be billed.

Unfortunately we cannot accept unpaid shipments.
These are generally dismissed, and go back to the sender!
